NPL Self-Treatment: making use of an NPL healer's energies to break down your own or someone else's blockages.

linda evans When you think of me (Linda Evans) and ask me: ‘send me energy’ (from a distance) or ‘break my blockages’ (from a distance), the energies in my subconscious mind will perceive this and they will consequently move towards you and break off pieces of patterns in your subconscious mind.

You can do this for yourself as well as for somebody else.

When you ask: ‘send energy to my son’ or “send energy to my son and help hem to overcome his fears’, my energies will move towards yourself and your son and they will break off pieces of patterns in your subconscious mind and your son’s.

‘Patterns’ are negative subconscious programmes or ‘blockages’ in your subconscious mind that consist of a light matter, which can be broken down layer by layer. Anxiety or depression, for example, are such ‘patterns’. The subconscious mind is located in and around the human body. It is not the aura.

Various patterns are simultaneously affected by the energies, e.g. anxiety, aggressiveness, being cast out, not making enough money, everything is difficult, headaches …
It’s not always the issue that is the most important for you at that time or where you ask for, that will be treated first.  What is first available in your subconscious mind, what is present in the upper layers of your subconscious mind will be treated first, before other issues that are deeper in your subconscious.

Also, it isn’t always easy to do this for a long period of time. It is necessary to be highly motivated and to concentrate deeply. Yet there are people who apply this technique for a number of hours a day and obtain good results with it.

What you may feel when you are doing it.

The majority of people feel something somewhere (for instance, an energy around them, a warmth, a certain peace of mind, a tingle, a contact with me, a pressure or another sensation somewhere in the body, emotions, …) as soon as they think of me; others feel nothing at all. This may make it more difficult for these people to apply the technique since they don’t feel or see anything while they’re doing it. However, it works as good with people who don’t feel anything as with those who do feel something or who feel a lot. Many people can apply it well and obtain good results with it, even though the only thing you have to do (daily or as much as possible) is to think of me in a concentrated way for a quarter, half an hour, an hour, … Children and even very young children (age 5 – 6) can also apply it and achieve results.

Whether you feel something or not whilst doing it, you can feel fetter afterwards.  For example you can do it for half an hour and feel bad at the start, and then feel better after half an hour.

Some people are also relieved of physical (non-psychosomatic) pain by the self-treatment, although  those results are in most cases only temporary. When this happens, the matter of the patterns isn’t destroyed. The pain diminishes because painkilling energies are affecting the nervous system. Physical pain is a pain that results from an inflammation, an injury, etc., unlike psychosomatic pain which is due to patterns.  When patterns that cause a psychosomatic pain are broken down, this pain will also be relieved, but this will be permanent.

 

Maybe this npl self-treatment seems a bit bizarre to you. 

I can only say, just try it for half an hour or an hour to see how it feels.  Maybe it’s nothing for you and then you can leave it alone, but maybe you will feel something whilst you are doing it or feel a bit better aftwerwards.  Just try it and it may help you to see the value of this free technique that is immediately applicable for people all over the world.

How to do it.

Whether you have my picture at hand or not, you concentrate on me and ask: ‘Linda, send me energy’ or ‘send me energy to remedy problem X’.
When you do it for someone else, you can ask:  ‘Linda, send energy to person Y’ or ‘send energy to person Y to remedy problem Z’.
The questions should be repeated in order to keep contact with me.

The formula : ‘send me energy‘ is the best one for some people; the formula ‘send me energy and help me with problem x‘ can work better for others.

Other variations

Help me, send me energy, destroy my patterns.
Help me (or person X) with problem x, y, z …
Send energy and help me with …
Remove my blockages

You can also make a list of all the issues that are important to you and put this in front of you and have a look at it regularly while applying the self-treatment.
Then ask: I have this or that problem… help me, send me energy.
E.g. Break the pattern of my food addiction
E.g. Remove the blockages concerning the rows with my mother
E.g. Send energy to Peter (if he is your son) for his aggressiveness and his headaches.
E.g. Help Mieke (your daughter) to become more self-confident. And also help her find a good job. And also help her to be more patient with her children …

Another possibility is that you think of me and that you hold a conversation with me: you talk about your problems or about those of somebody else and you ask: help me, send me energy, help Ellen (your wife), send her energy.
You can think of me and imagine that the problem has been solved, e.g. you dare to address a group of people and you make a good impression.
E.g. Linda, help me with my stage fright (and imagine the fear you feel when you are standing in front of an audience) and help me to give a convincing lecture (imagine yourself doing that) and meanwhile you think of me and you ask: send me energy, work on me, break the patterns, break the blockages.

Summing up the problems you have only helps to concentrate on the process. It doesn’t mean that the problems for which you ask help are treated first. This is a disadvantage of the self-treatment compared to the treatment by myself: a certain problem can’t be treated in a direct way by way of the self treatment. Issues that are located in the upper layers of the subconscious mind are affected first, even if you ask for help for specific problems.
Hence the self-treatment technique is not applied to quickly solve a certain problem but to evolve in general..

In the picture, several people apply the self treatment from a distance.  They concentrate on me and they can ask for energy or ask for energy and think of a certain issue at the same time.  My energies perceive that this people think of me and move to these different people and treat different issues in these different people.  In this picture you see subsouls that belong to me that send a radiation towards the people.  This radiation destroys the matter of the patterns.  The subsouls can also move to the location where the people are present.  There are two forms of energies that work on the people: the subsouls and the mere energies.  The mere energies are also present at the location where the people are (you cannot see this in the picture below)..

Be alert to all possible changes.

You should be alert to the various changes that are occurring and not just concentrate on one issue. This issue may be located in deeper layers, in which case there will be no change in the short term. An issue that is located in the deeper layers will not be affected until the issues in the upper layers have been peeled off.

When you apply the NPL self-treatment, my energies will move to several patterns (or issues) in your subconscious mind and break off pieces of those patterns. When you concentrate on a certain issue, it may be affected or not. And even if it is affected, it may still take a long time before there is an improvement. Other issues may improve first because the matter to be peeled off with regard to this specific issue is much larger than that of other issues and because the specific issue is located in much deeper layers in the subconscious mind. Consequently many more hours of work are needed to break it down.
Sometimes almost all the layers of a pattern have to be peeled off before a change occurs. There may be a temporary improvement because a number of layers have been peeled off, but the problem will return later. In that case the treatment has to be continued for the next layers to be destroyed.

We aim to spend a lot of time applying the self-treatment. There is an enormous amount of patterns in the subconscious mind. They consist of large amounts of matter. Therefore many hours of work are required to break them.

It is very important that you carefully fill out the questionnaire before starting with the therapy. Additional issues that are noticed at a later point in time have to be added in the questionnaire as well. This is important because you get an overview of the situation at the start of the therapy in this way. That makes it easier to assess the results. It also helps to keep a diary.
If you notice any change, write it down immediately.

Changes may occur quickly in the beginning, but they will occur less quickly after some time. That is because the patterns that consist of small amounts of matter change quickly. Once they have been removed, the patterns that are much larger and that take much longer to peel off are dealt with.  You can draw courage from the changes you have written down already in a period in which you get few results.

Assessment of results.

Write down the number of hours you work per day.  Take a look at what you have answered in the questionnaire after 50 hours of self-treatment. Write down the changes in a different colour. That helps you to make a correct assessment of the results. Like I said before, it is not always the issues that are the most important to you that change first.  All of the results have to be viewed  and not just one or a few issues for a correct assessment of the results. You should be happy with the things that change first and remember that also the other issues will improve at a later point in time. Courage can also be drawn from the changes that have already occurred. Do not focus on the results that have not yet been achieved. Just continue to use the technique.

If there is very little improvement or none at all after 20 hours or after maximum 50 hours of self-treatment, this means that you belong to the ‘slow group’ (25% of the people). The best thing you can do if this is the case is applying the self-treatment for as many hours as possible every day. Even if you do not see any results, pieces of patterns are peeled off in the subconscious mind. If you continue with the treatment for a few years, you will achieve results. Of course it is very hard to carry on if there is hardly any change or none at all and if you do not know anybody else who has achieved good results with the self-treatment.

There are people who can’t apply the self-treatment for more than 10 minutes in the beginning, but with some practice it will be possible to apply the treatment for a longer time.
It is also possible to apply the self-treatment method while you are doing something else, (many people do this), e.g. while you are doing the ironing or mowing the lawn, or on the train. Nevertheless it is important to make time for it systematically every day and to do just that.

A wonderful self-help tip to fall asleep.

Quite a lot of people have reported that when doing the NPL self treatment at night before going to bed, sleep comes much more easily and sleep during the night is better.  People sleep deeper, tend to awaken less during the night and have a more peaceful sleep.  When people awake at night and do the self treatment, it helps to fall asleep again faster.

There are also people that feel more awake when doing the self-treatment, so obviously for these people, it’s not a good idea to apply the self-treatment before going to sleep.

Here is another self help tip to stop smoking.  Some people have also reported that when doing the NPL self-healing when the urge to smoke a cigarette comes up, the urge to smoke disappears.  Some people have been able to eventually stop smoking or to smoke less with the help of this very easy and free self-help healing..
